Don't miss our THIRD Annual Tree Lighting: Miracle on 15th Street!
DOORS OPEN: 4-11PM
TREE LIGHTING: 7PM
On Wednesday, November 29th, at 7 p.m., The Hill at Muza will light an epic 18 foot spruce tree from Bob's Trees of Galway N.Y. The tree will stand on an outdoor "stage" area, about six feet above the beer garden, and will be decorated with 500 feet of twinkling Christmas lights. (Note: The rain date is Friday December 1.)
For Miracle on 15th Street, The Hill at Muza will deliver, in true Muza spirit, a bona fide flying holiday miracle guaranteed to charm the crowd and warm hearts with small American city pride.
Duly Noted, an All-Male RPI student acapella group, will perform holiday carols and songs for the crowd from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., and will be joined by a special surprise musical guest, or two.
There will be a special house-made hot chocolate red wine, using real chocolate hand whipped by The Hill at Muza team. Hot mulled beer, hot chocolate, beer and wine will be available from the bar, as well as foods from the newly expanded kitchen.
Complimentary plates of Christmas cookies from The Cookie Factory of Troy, NY will be served.
This year, to ensure the drink lines move hastily, there will be a second auxiliary beer and wine bar in the outdoor garden, wrapped like a giant Christmas present with a big bow. Rare Form Brewing Company will also be pouring their beer brewed right down the street!
The outdoor garden is heated with eight, 9-foot tall flame torch heaters. For those who like it a little toastier, the enclosed bar space is warmed by a cast iron fireplace. The indoor area will be festively decked with holiday greens, lights, and hundreds of bulbs ornately laced and strewn on the ceiling.
